What I Build

Every project is scoped individually based on what you need, not what fits a template. Here's the kind of work I do.

You want a private AI running locally — no cloud, no subscriptions, no data leaving your network. I handle model selection, installation, optimization, and the interface. You get a working system on day one.

Examples: A private AI chat interface for a small office. Model selection and optimization for specific hardware. A local research assistant that processes documents without sending them anywhere. System prompt engineering for a specific business role.

Starting at $3,000

You have a workflow problem and you need a purpose-built tool to solve it. Not a general-purpose chatbot — a tool designed around how you actually work, running on your infrastructure, owned by you.

Examples: A transcription pipeline that processes meeting recordings locally with automatic speaker identification. A document intake system that reads, categorizes, and summarizes files without cloud processing. An email triage tool that prioritizes and drafts responses using a local model. A research monitor that scans sources on a schedule and delivers daily summaries.

Starting at $5,000

You're thinking about AI as core infrastructure, not just a single tool. You need a system designed for the long term — persistent memory, stable behavior, privacy by design, built to grow with your needs rather than be replaced in six months.

Examples: A custom AI assistant with reliable memory and consistent personality for ongoing business use. Multi-model architecture where different AI systems handle different tasks and communicate through secure channels. Private infrastructure with encrypted storage, access controls, and no external dependencies. Full system design from architecture through deployment and handoff.

Start With a Conversation

Most clients don't arrive knowing exactly what category their project falls into — and they don't need to. Describe what you're trying to accomplish and what constraints matter to you. I'll tell you what it would take to build it, what it would cost, and whether I'm the right person to do it. No obligation, no sales pitch.

How Engagements Work

Every project starts with a conversation. You tell me what you need, I ask the questions that matter for scoping, and I come back with an architecture proposal and a fixed price. No hourly billing, no open-ended invoices. You know what you're paying before work begins.

During the build, you get milestone updates — not silence for three weeks followed by a delivery. You see progress, you give feedback, and the project stays aligned with what you actually need rather than what I assumed you needed at the start.

Delivery isn't the end. The work is done when it works for you, not when I hand it over. If something needs adjustment, refinement, or additional testing to fit your actual workflow, that's part of the engagement — not a separate invoice. I build things I stand behind.

How Pricing Works

Every project is scoped and priced individually based on complexity, timeline, and requirements. The starting prices listed above reflect the simplest version of each category. Most projects fall within a range based on how much custom work is involved.

I don't charge hourly. You get a fixed price for a defined scope of work. If the scope changes during the project, we discuss it and agree on an adjusted price before the work happens. No surprises.
